Introducing Indita Osteopathy & Wellness, a mobile health collective for mums and babies.

Personalized Osteopathic care for your baby from the comfort of your home.

Our approach

When a baby and mother/parent is cared for the family as a whole is functional and nourished.

We are part of the village.

We know, through personal experience and skill, what it’s like to begin a family, grow a family and have challenges along the way.

What is important to us at Indita is that mother’s and baby’s are heard, understood, reassured and answers are found.

Not every baby enters the world the same way, therefore not every baby adapts to the world the same way. The same goes for mothers and families.

We’re here to support and heal the chain of difficulty that may be presenting for you in a calm, gentle and effective manner.

Providing you and your baby with a safe space to heal.

All of your appointments will take place in the privacy of your own home.

This offers comfort, safety and takes the anxiety out of leaving the house with your wee ones on those days when it all feels too much.

Our services

  • Osteopathy to support Babies

Gentle hands on treatment to support your baby’s transition into the world.

Offering physical support post birth, through developmental changes and unexpected moments via bodywork, mobility, soft tissue & fascial release and craniosacral therapy.

Your baby’s are held beautifully and firmly in the womb, preparing them for birth. This process, in combination with birth, can often lead to tension and strain patterns through your baby’s body.

The byproduct can be discomfort and an unsettled baby, presenting as feeding difficulties, wind, reflux, favoring specific body positions and more.

Osteopathy offers guidance and support through gentle techniques supporting your baby towards comfort and readiness for an abundance of growth and development over the first few years of life.

  • Osteopathic Pregnancy Packages

Supporting your ever- changing “home” for your baby to ensure you are physically aligned and equipped for labour of any kind. This follows onto a well supported physical recovery.

Your body is the vessel of safe delivery. Our job is to make sure you are physically supported and comfortable to bring life earthside.

  • Tongue Tie Bodywork Support

Sometimes babies are born with increased tension within their mouth, particularly underneath their tongue.

In some babies this can be a cause for widespread tension throughout the body, feeding challenges, excess wind, poor feeding patterns, painful breastfeeding, favoring head position and more.

Gentle bodywork aims to help help to ease tension experienced in the body and offer a guide as to whether further support via a Lactation Consultant or Holistic Dentist is required to support your little ones comfort.
